Aerosmith – Brand new album

America’s Rolling Stones, Aerosmith spent most of 2008 grappling with health issues. But in 2009 they plan to pull of a lot of stuff, including, a brand new album - their first all original studio album since 2001’s just push play.

“We’re sitting on a bunch of music we’ve already recorded for a new album,” guitarist Brad Whitford, who’s currently on the road as part of the all-star Experience Hendrix tour, told Billboard.com. “We haven’t gone back into the studio the put the final touches on it and get it done and still don’t know when we’re gonna do that. Hopefully it’ll be sooner rather than later.”

One hopes the california rockers do release a killer new album soon, and that they tour Asia, and India and Bombay (Please this time, please!). Till then, we dream on.
