Only 4 days before their epic release ‘Chinese Democracy’, Guns N’ roses have released the entire album for a preview on their myspace page. The album can be heard in its entirety at:

But, for those who want to get their hands on the real deal, they will have to wait for their turn and probably que up to grab the album early.

Hmm

What i love about the ‘new’ GNR is how they’ve positively (or at least to my liking) used techno effects to their songs.

By no means vintage, but its some really crazy stuff and really revolutionary .

A few loops mixed with some solid melody and guitar work.

First a Big effin ‘bird’ to nay sayers .. This is absolutely marvelous . I am nowhere comparing it to the old Gn’R … but this is nothing short of thier old self. Axl still owns even at 46. Fav tracks are ’ Streets of dreams, Catcher in the rye, Sorry , IRS , Better, Riad and the bedouins , Prostitute ’ ….

Velvert Revolver can bite dust now !

psychedelic, squeeling 80’s guitars mixed with horns, trumpets, loops what not.

You’ll see traces of the band ‘enigma’ in here, LOTS of vintage GNR (street of dreams,IRS) and basically a band with a new sound (yet mantaining their old musical roots) and AS DAMN GOOD.

Inventive ,creative and exciting.

Used the loops well to make the tunes sound hazy, lost and stoned out.

Used the loops well to make some parts sound trippy and hazy.
