Phish may headline Bonnaroo 2009

Rumours are adrift that American jam band, Phish are going to headline the eight edition of the  Bonnaroo Music & Arts Festival in 2009. The festival is to take place between the 11th of June and the 14th of June at the Green Stage Park in the state of Tennessee, and in most likelihood the band would be playing atleast two nights.

The legendary band announced their reunion only a couple of months go in October, and if they do decide to headline the festival, the ticket sales of the fest would be reach sky rocketing heights. Although the buzz about the band playing Bonnaroo should not be taken too seriously, until and unless the band releases an official statement as it is quite early for bands to be announced for the festival.
