Return to Forever returns.

Legendary jazz fusion band Return to Forever have finally reunited after a hiatus of 25 years. Dates have been set for a long US tour staring this summer running through the end of the year. While a new studio album is a possibility, nothing of that nature has been confirmed yet. The current lineup features Keyboard maestro Chick Corea, Guitar wizard Al Dimeola, funky bassist Stanley Clarke and the legendary Lenny White on drums.  RTF along with The Mahavishnu Orchestra and Weather Report are some of the names which instantly come to mind when one thinks about Jazz fusion. Synonymous with these bands were the skill - whether technical or compositional - of the musicians.
Though their music may never have had mass appeal, they still have a ridiculously dedicated fan following. Housing some of the best musicians in the genre (or any genre for that matter) RTF’s reunion should bring a smile on the faces of music devotees world over.
