Satchurator - Satriani’s Vox’d pedal.

Joe Satriani Vox pedal SathuratorAs a musician, the bigggest dilemma about getting the right equipment these days is more about what to get rather than how to get it. Which amp is gonna get that piercing tone? Is a change in pedals the need of the hour? Which is the brand to swear by? Chances are, if a respected musician like Joe Satriani is endorsing it, one can’t go wrong.

Satch has teamed up with Vox Amplifiers to release his signature distortion pedal nicked ‘Satchurator’. The pedal overcomes the primary problem guitarists face when they turn up the gain by cutting out the unwanted noises more effectively. The pedal also claims to handle everything from the classic blues rock tone to all out shred madness. All in all, an item to watch out for when it’s out this summer.
When contacted, Furtados said they would probably be getting it, ditto for Musicians Mall. So all those who want one, bombard them with calls and let them know.

Hey. Nice article. I contacted Demonstealer and he told me that they aren’t getting these pedals at all. I wonder where the confusion is. I’ll try contacting Furtado’s anyways. Musician’s Mall is a rip-off.

Ordered this pedal from M.F. on due date last month, the 15TH of July. Got a letter saying it was bumped a month. So…the 15Th of this month they have been bumped up every day since. Tomorrow it will be the 21ST and then the 22ND and so on. It’s kind of like the Steinberger ZT3…Still not here. What’s up with these companies and their deivery dates?
