‘The funnest iPod ever, ” that’s how Apple CEO would describe the next generation version of the Apple iPod Touch. The second generation touch was unveiled on the 9th of september.
The revamped version is supreme to it’s predecessor in both physical aspects and software. The touch will be much slimmer than it’s old avatar, and will also have built-in speakers, again something missing from the older version. Controlling the new touch shouldn’t be much of an issue for those who have handled it’s predecessor, as the controls are pretty much the same. A new feature labelled the ‘Genius’, is designed to help create playlist more easily, where in an automated playlist would on the basis of the contents of the library.
In addition to the touch, apple revealed it’s 4th generation iPod Nano, which would hold the honour of being the thinnest apple player ever, at an amazing thickness of 0.2 inches. The notable addition to the Nano would be the accelerometer, which would take the player closer to it’s cousins the iPhone and the iTouch.
